Matt DePaolo (MADE) has been a Certified Group & Personal Trainer since 2013, specializing in high-intensity interval training (HIIT), strength & conditioning training and weight loss. Matt has an unparalleled ability in showcasing his unique talents, personality and passion for empowering others to even the most discerning fitness clientele. Matt takes pride in creating and programming workouts that helps shape and instill confidence in the many individuals he encounters throughout his fitness journey. From developing creative exercises, with modified alternatives, to making sure his classes are challenging yet safe, he thrives on creating the best possible workouts for all fitness levels.

2021: Placed in the Top 5 of Muscle & Fitness Magazine's "Mr. Health & Fitness."
2018: Nationally Nominated for Reebok's "Top Motivational Trainer" Award.
2017: Partnered with Bill Walko to co-create "52 Sweat Up." These high-efficient, total-body exercise cards were created and inspired to help vary your workouts. The campaign sold hundreds of decks through kickstarter.
2017: Placed as a Semi-Finalist for the "Next Face of BeachBody" Competition.
